When it comes to leading, influencing and truly connecting with their people, how do leaders and professionals know what’s the best, most effective way?

They look to Kevin McNulty, an internationally recognized soft skills, leadership, and influence strategist & coach.  With three decades of consulting, coaching, and training great organizations—including Jack Daniel’s, Brown-Forman, Emerson Inc., NASA, US Forest Service, Department of Defense, and many more—Kevin has a proven track record of teaching supervisors and managers the practical tools and techniques that make them exceptional leaders.

Kevin cut his teeth in the United States Air Force as a Human Relations advisor to supervisors, managers and leaders at every level.

“My work in the Air Force helped me establish a rather unique and solutions-oriented perspective of and for supervision and leadership.  I sat across the table from so many leaders…listening, understanding, and ultimately advising them on how to solve people problems.”

Now, through the company he founded (Humadyn-Life Skills Institute), Kevin helps leaders and professionals at all levels elevate their people-skills quotient so they can be more effective and influential in their roles.

“The truth is, people and cultures are more complicated than in eras past.  That means, if supervisors, managers and leaders want to be successful, they must find new and more effective ways of building trust, communicating, and bringing out the best in their people.”

That's why Kevin has dedicated his career toward improving the people skills of professionals all around the world.  Mentored by the renowned leadership coach, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, Kevin is now a premier thinker when it comes to soft skills and personal development.

He is the author of The Gap Between Two Worlds (endorsed by Marshall Goldsmith and Brian Tracy), a book on change and transition.  Kevin has also authored several visual teaching models that help audiences grasp human and workplace dynamics.   Kevin is a 20-year veteran of the US Air Force.
